At every Chicken/Duck dinner, look forward to a Half Chicken or a Quarter Duck, our famous Bread Dumplings, Sauerkraut, Coffee and a Homemade Doughnut.
Double meat Duck dinners (1/2 Duck) are also available.
Quarter Chicken meals are available for children.

At the 2 summer festivals come taste the traditional Tripe Soup or purchase a dinner. Dinners are Goulash and Dumplings or Pork with Dumplings and Sauerkraut. Hot Dogs and Garlic's are also available.

Any time the Hall is open you can enjoy Beer, Pop, Chips & Pretzels, Candy, & Ice Cream.

KYNUTE KNEDLIKY (Raised dumplings)

1 lb. flour |
|
1/2 cup milk |
|
1 tablespoon salt |
|
1 whole egg |
|
1 egg yolk |
|
For yeast: 1 teaspoon sugar |
|
1/2 oz. yeast |
Sift flour, ad sugar, crumbled yeast and 1/2 cup lukewarm milk. Let set until yeast bubbles up. Add 1 tablespoon salt, egg, yolk and mix until dough is smooth. Let dough raise. Divide into dumplings, size of large oranges, place into pot of boiling water. Cook 10 minutes, turn over and cook another 10 minutes. Always cut raised dumplings with a string.
